Under the supervision of the Manager and/or Assistant Manager and/or Team Leader, the Cook’s job is to ensure production runs smoothly. They are also responsible for upkeep of the entire kitchen.
Main responsibilities
- Plans the setup of the cooking stations along with the menu of the day
- Cleans their work area and equipment
- Oversees general cleanliness of the kitchen
- Evaluates restocking needs
- Ensures products and ingredients needed are always available at hand to rapidly respond to customers
- Always respects and applies Benny & Co.’s operational standards and recipes
