How do I cook this ?

OVEN : Take the product out of its packaging. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
BBQ : Preheat the BBQ to 425 °F (230 °C).
OVEN : Preheat the oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
BBQ : Cook for 5 minutes on each side, until browned. Lower heat to medium, close the lid and continue cooking for 25 to 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes until completely cooked and internal temperature of the tournedos reaches 165°F (74 °C).
OVEN : Bake for 35 minutes and flip halfway through cooking until the internal temperature of the tournedos reaches 165°F (74 °C).
